By accessing or using Cypress Simulator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Course Access and Use

Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the course materials.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to the course.
• Use the simulator for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the simulator application.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (just send an e-mail to walmyr@talkingabouttesting.com). After 14 days, all sales are final.

4. Intellectual Property

The course content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the simulator application, is the property of Talking About Testing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The course and simulator are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Talking About Testing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Talking About Testing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
